Eco-Schools is a worldwide extra-curricular education programme aimed at children of school age that teaches them about the environment, raises awareness of climate change, and encourages outdoor activity. In the UK, the programme is led by Keep Britain Tidy.
Dan has worked with Eco-Schools on numerous social media campaigns and educational videos promoting the work of the organisation and encouraging schools to become ‘Eco-Schools’.
What is Eco-Schools?
Dan worked with Eco-Schools to produce a series of 8 videos to promote each of the 7 steps of the educational programme to primary, SEND, and secondary schools across England, as well as creating a bank of content to utilise for various campaigns in the future across all platforms.
Dan and his production team worked with Eco-Schools, to take the project from concept to delivery, working with several schools to exemplify the curriculum enhancements this scheme offers to students at participating schools.

This series of videos was produced for a collaboration between Eco-Schools and the Bupa Foundation and featured influencer teacher Kit Brown. The purpose was to promote the Healthy Summer Toolkit, a variety of activities aimed at school children to get them active in the summer. The film was formatted and optimised for several platforms, including portrait edits for social media and cover images. The video featured on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook, and received over 120k views within a week.
